STEP 01

It starts with a conversation

We start by talking. Whether you already know exactly what you want or only have an idea, we explore it together. What do you like and what doesn’t feel right? What are your top priorities? If you like an image, tell me why. Don’t have the exact words? That’s okay. How you talk about these things, the moments you pause to smile — that tells me everything I need to know.

STEP 02

Getting it on paper

Our proposal helps us see the whole story. There's color palette, design style, size and scale — but these are all part of a bigger narrative. How guests enter a space. The way they experience each element in a room. How florals and candles interact with the linens, the tableware, and even the food. The arc from ceremony to reception to dancing. Putting it all in one document is less about locking down details and more about wrapping our heads around the big picture. This is also our chance to make sure budget is part of the conversation.

STEP 03

Allowing things to evolve

Once we have a proposal in place, we let it breathe. There's time before we need to finalize everything, and that time works in our favor. When you find an image you love, something new catches your eye, or you stumble onto something unexpected — we want to know. If something stops me and makes me think of you, I'll reach out. We capture these items as your plans progress. When we come back to the proposal, we ensure your vision is still coming through — integrating anything new that could take it to the next level. I want you to be happy, and I want to be proud of our work.

STEP 04

Seeing it for real

Florals are meant to be experienced. Our mock-up meeting is where the proposal comes to life. It's less about seeing an exact replica and more about experiencing the direction. We set up a tablescape and light the candles. The goal is simple — to feel what the big day might feel like. It's a time for questions. Confirming details. Finalizing a plan to eliminate surprises and build trust as we go into the final weeks. I want you to be confident about your choices, your vision — and excited for what's to come. Consider this a glimpse.

STEP 05

Bringing it all together

We coordinate with our team, planners, the venue, and other vendors — everyone working toward the same thing. Every phase is mapped out — from the prep and packing to the setup, final checks, and breakdown. Our team knows the plan and is prepared for whatever the day brings. No event is completely predictable — but success is the only option. We prepare, we communicate, we problem solve. We are honored to be trusted with something this meaningful.
